食事の後のシメのラーメンを食べようと思って何時ものように検索しました。
で、引っかかったのがこのお店です。
「元高木町の屋台ラーメン」って看板が店前に置いてありました。
そっか、屋台のラーメンの味なのか～。
で、店前が真っ赤っかなんですよね。
ちょっとビックリです。
店内に入ってカウンター席に座ります。
アッ、店内も赤が基調でした。(笑)
メニューを見ながら何食べようか迷います。
少しお腹が減っていたんでセットにする事にしました。
ラーメン焼飯セットです。
・天龍ラーメン(濃厚醤油スープ)
・焼飯
オーダーして少し待つと出てきました。
まずは、スープから飲んでみましょう。
お～っ、濃厚な味わいですね。
京都でラーメンを食べたときによく出会う味わいです。
ここは、辛みそが有名らしいです。
少しなめてみると....
ニンニクがすごくて辛味がありツーンとくる感じです。
スープに入れると味変がすごいです。
飲んだ後にはいい感じなんでしょうね。
でも、ニンニク臭はすごい事になるかと思います。
焼飯はラーメンのスープを使っているんでしょうね。
そんな色合いとお味でしたよ。
