毎年数回伺っています。京都一の美味しいクラシックフレンチの正統派です。久しぶりに桜花見の後に、ランチに12名で伺いました。いつ伺っても美味しいのですが、最初に生オレンジジュースを頂きました。
また前菜三種類は蟹とトマト、ホタテなどどちらも上品なお味でした。
メイン料理は、今回は海老料理のソースが特にいつもよりまったりと美味しいお味でした。また肉料理も上品な牛ヒレのポワレも定番です。春の土曜で満席でした。必ず予約をお薦めします。
デザートのワゴンサービスも最高。内容はスフレアイス、シーブースとチーズケーキ、チョコのザッハトルテ、焼リンゴのタタン、ロールケーキは鮮やかな紅紫色のブルーベリーのクリームにココア味のスポンジケーキでした。長年伺っていますが、初めて頂きました。どちらも上品な優しいお味です。
デ・セールの飲物は珈琲又は紅茶の温・冷から選びます
以前有ったハーブティーは無くなりましたが飲物も美味しいです。
そうそうお肉の後にはシャーベットを頂きました。ブラッドオレンジのスッキリしたお味で女性の皆様はこちらが一番お好みの様です。
滞在時間は約二時間余り、ユックリとしていたのでは無いですが、やはり昼のフルコースはゆっくり伺いたいと思います。ボルドー最高❗
年に一度はご褒美に、夜の二万円のフルコース(キャビア、トリュフ、フォアグラ) のコースを食べてから皆様こちらのお店の評価をして下さいね。
