ホテルのコンシェルジュに
少し遠くでも良いのでお勧めを聞いたら
大徳寺と言われたので
バスで参りました
バス停を降りて曲がろうとすると
あ！和久傳さんの暖簾がありましたので
親友に行きたいと伝えて入ると
3番目でしたので椅子に座って待ちますが
予約の方が大半だったのでかなり待ちました
二階に上がります
こじんまりとした部屋で
暑い日だったのでお蕎麦を
聞いてみると鯖寿司は2切れと言われたので
セットになったものを頼みました
汲み上げ湯葉はとろり
鯖寿司も見目麗しい
お蕎麦も細くてわたくし好み
何と言ってもお箸が細く
口に入れたものを邪魔しません
蕎麦湯もとても滋味深く美味しく
まるでスープのようで
料理の一つでした
待って良かった
また参りたいなぁ
