先週、宝泉本店で黒大寿をお土産で買って帰ると、家族大絶賛でまた食べたいと言うことで購入訪問しました。甘味処ということで和風庭園が綺麗に管理されてる、ノスタルジーなお店。店内も少し水打ちされている、ザ、京都な雰囲気。お土産にいろんなバリエーションを購入。全て黒大寿。
わらび餅を実食。出来立てのわさび餅が食べられまる。食感がプリプリしていて美味。この弾力感は唯一無二の食感。
