現地行かずともPop up storeで入手、原良郭入手がてら上京予定してましたがツイてました
それにしてもBio系と合います、Aeratorし無くても充分美味しい

しかし今日の天気からは泡で慌ただしさをまずは和ませたい
そんな思いを叶えてくれる鱧鯖の妙技、
特にびっくりすることはないのだが、新緑の季節が訪ったことをしっかり確認できる味わい、そういえば山椒と昆布の炊いたのが欲しい
今年は山椒の木が枯れました、この一報を受けたとき、蒼天の霹靂でした。
