創業1933年の京都仕出し料理の専門店。大徳寺の近くにお店を構えているほか、百貨店やショッピングモールなどにも展開、また催事出店にも積極的なので、何度かその様子も拝見しておりました。
京風だし巻をはじめ鰻や穴子に黒毛和牛など、京の味を折詰にされているようです。今回のチョイスは～その京風だし巻とサバ寿司のセット。閉店間際でお安くなっていて、900円（税抜き）でした。普通は1,404円するみたい。なんとも肉厚な鯖がイイ！
それにガリも添えられています。出汁巻きはどどんと二切れ、しっとりじゅわ～と出汁が。鯖寿司はギュっとしていて食べ応えあり。結構バランスが良いので、パクパクと頂いてしまいました。是非、別のお弁当も頂いてみたいですね。ご馳走様でしたー！！
