お店は金閣寺からさらに北にある源光庵の近くにあります。最寄駅は地下鉄烏丸線北大路駅となっていますが、駅からバスで１５分くらいかかります。
今回、自転車でお店まで行きましたが、京都の市街地では有数の坂のキツイところで電動自転車でなければかなり厳しいですね。
今回２回目の利用で、２種類のパンを購入しました。
⚫︎あんぱん(１５７円)
パン生地はブリオッシュです。
パンは紙袋に入れていただけるのですが、油が付いていたのでバターはそれなりに入っていると思います。
ただ生地はクロワッサンのようにサクサクというわけではなく、どちらかというとパサつき気味でした。
あんは甘さ控えめですが、しっかりと固められており、自分にはパンとの相性がそれほどいい感じはしませんでした。お値段はお手頃だと思います。
⚫︎マカダム(２１６円)
マカダミアナッツとアーモンドクリームが入ったパンです。アーモンドクリームが濃厚で、このブリオッシュ生地には合っていました。このクリームにしっとり生地なら合わなかったと思います。ピスタチオクリームが入ったピスターシュが人気であるのも納得です。購入したかったですが、すでに売り切れでした。
ここの特徴はブリオッシュ生地だと思いますが、これも好みの範疇で合う合わないがあると思います。多分パンによって違うと思いますので、また近くに寄った時に他のパンを購入したいと思います。
