京都市営地下鉄 北大路駅より徒歩37分。
駅からはかなり遠いので、バスか車でないと訪問が難しいです。
落ち着いた雰囲気の外観で、店内に入るとパンのいい薫りが広がり、奥と右手前にパンが並びます。
土曜の11時くらいの訪問で、かなり多くの種類のパンが並んでいました。
今回は以下のものを購入しました。
・ブロッコリーのみそマヨソース 270円
ブロッコリーの甘さに、白みそ＋マヨのソースが相性抜群。野菜だけでも満足感も十分。
ハード系のパンで噛むと小麦の甘みがあり、チーズの香ばしさと濃厚さが合わさっていました。
大きいブロッコリーは甘みがあり、サクサクとした食感が残っており、マスタードがいいアクセントになっていて、かなり美味しかったです。
・オニオンベーコン 226円
カレースパイスを合わせたアメ色たまねぎと、うまみの濃い乾塩ベーコンのフォカッチャ。
表面はカリっと焼かれていて噛み応えがいい。リベイクするとベーコンの甘みが更に引き立ち、ジューシーでした。
・ベーコン・エピ 226円
うまみの濃い乾塩ベーコンを包んだ、かわいいサイズのエピ。
かなりこだわったパンばかりでしたが、リーズナブルな価格になっていました。
遠かったですが、買ったパンはどれも美味しく他のパンも食べてみたいです。
