木目で統一されていて、ふくろうの置物など森を少し意識した小さくかわいらしいお店です。
メニューはセットで結構多く、ハンバーグソースも約１０種の中から選べます。
ハンバーグと唐揚げのセットでソースはデミグラスで。
あとライスなどはつかないんで別でスープセットを注文＾＾
ハンバーグは確かに見た目小さく、多少なりともびっくりするかもしれません。
ただ球な感じなので厚みがあり、量的に他と比べても軽く少ない程度じゃないかと。
味のほうはジューシーでうまいです＾＾
素材をいかす為かソースも甘み少なくどちらかというと渋いです。
たまねぎやコーンなどの野菜も余計な味付けはしてなく本来の旨みでいただくといった感じ
でこれもうまいですよ＾＾
唐揚げも同じようなスタイルで、唯一これは素朴すぎて物足りなかったです。
全体的に味にかんしてはこだわりがあっておいしいです。
ただコストでいうとちょっと高いですね・・普通に食べて￥１７００くらいします。
これは僕的に思った事ですが、あまりに弁当や宅配をおしてる為に
店自体がハンバーグレストラン主体なのか、宅配や弁当が主体なのか解りずらいです。
なのでなんか余計に高く感じ、食べにきたという実感が少ないのが残念です。
店が小さいので仕方ないと思いますが、もしレストランだけでやってたなら、
値段も妥当で多分評価はもっと高かったと思います。
