I researched this restaurant that was nearby in response to the request of my companion who likes grilled green onions. As it was our 60th anniversary, we were running a 60th anniversary campaign. It may be a miracle in a sense that I was able to go at this timing. I ordered Negiyaki, Mentaiko Cheese, Teppan-yaki friendly old waiter talked to me and calmed the mood. Grilled green onions that even famous actors will like. Expectations are high. First, the base of the green onion grilled on the iron plate in the store is placed on the iron plate in front of you. From here, a special sauce and mayonnaise are added, and finally a specially selected green seaweed is added to complete the dish. Apparently, it's a high-quality green paste that doesn't stick to your teeth, so you don't often get to see it. The negiyaki with fluffy batter is crispy and chewy, and the mentaiko gives a nice accent, and you can also feel the crunch of the leeks, so the beer goes well with it. Next is grilled squid, which comes already grilled on the iron plate. The large pieces of geso had a nice buttery flavor and an irresistible texture. Above all, it's a long-established store with a great atmosphere, and I had a comfortable time there.
