タイ北部、古都チェンマイ出身のタイ人シェフ達が作る本格タイ料理。
店頭のトゥクトゥクが目印。 店内は気持ち良いオープンスペースでタイのリゾートレストランを彷彿させます。 野菜類はすべて国産又はタイ産を使用、国産は地元京都上賀茂産の賀茂野菜を中心に使用。 辛さは日本人向けに控えめにしてあり、本場と同じ辛さを希望の方や辛さが苦手な方は、リクエスト可能！ 平日夜のセットでの1人夕食から30名までの貸し切りパーティーまで幅広く対応可能。 |
北山に本格的なタイ料理レストランがあるとのことで伺いました。
日曜の12時ごろ、先客は何組かおられましたが待ちなしで提供まで15分ほどとスムーズでした。
パッタイのセットを注文しましたが、スパイスがよく効いておりタイで食べたものによく似ていました。日本人好みに寄せているというよりしっかり現地の味を再現しておられる印象でした。
ほかの料理も気になるところです。また近くに来れば候補の一つにさせていただきます。
