特にチャーシューが人気のお店なんですね(^_^)/
Wチャーシューなる鉢一面チャーシューまみれの
豪華なメニューもありました！
お隣さんがソレを注文しててチラッと見たけど中々
豪快な盛り具合ですね！
◇本日の注文◇
・チャーハンセット950円
盛りがもっとスゴいお店は他にもあるけどココの
チャーシューは厚みが結構あるのでまた見映えが
違いますね。 特に贅沢な感じです！
食感は全体がトロトロのチャーシューを想像して行くと
違う感じになりますかね？
適度に脂身があり、でも大半はシッカリ身の締まった赤身という感じでしたね。
Wチャーシュー頼んでたら腹パンパンやったかも？
チャーハンにも同じチャーシューが入ってますね。
スープは結構濃いめの醤油味ですけど結構旨いです！
麺は中細ストレートでこのスープによく合ってると思い
ます(^_^)
大将のワンオペで忙しいそうでした(汗)
