佛大の前、天一の隣にあるラーメン屋さん。
店主さん一人で切り盛りしているらしい。
今回はチャーシューメンを注文。メニュー表の大量のチャーシューに目を奪われてしまった...
届いたラーメンに真っ先に見えるのは1面に広がるチャーシューの蓋。ラーメンが見えなくなっている。
チャーシューは美味でほろほろとした部分と肉肉しい部分とがちょうどいい。店主のチャーシューに対するこだわりが見える。
そしてラーメンは新福菜館さながらの黒いラーメン
麺は細麺でスープによく絡まって美味しい。
また来たいと思えるラーメンであった。
