手打ちそばと北陸の珍味と地酒をご堪能下さい
そばに魅せられこの道に入って十年余り。このたび、縁あって北山の地で開業することとなりました。そばは越前産と北海道産(９月より新そば)の石臼挽きを、産地から直送しております。つゆは、毎朝自ら削った枕崎産の鰹節をたっぷり使い、少し濃いめに仕上げております。今はやりの自家製粉ではございませんが、そばの味ではひけはとりません。手打ちそばのお店は数々ありますが、一つとして同じ味なく、人の味覚も十人十色。少し
