妻と久々にゆったりランチ。ガロッパーレさんを訪問しました。雲丹の冷製パスタカラスミがけを頂いたあとに、妻が「腕を上げられたわね」と。確かにまた美味しくなっていました。この日はランチコースで、雲丹の冷製パスタカラスミがけと、海老とホタテのクリームソースパスタをチョイス。前菜も鮮やかで、ご馳走様でした。
