市内某居酒屋さんで、こちらのご夫婦と出会ったことから訪問。金曜夜、電話して訪れたときはまだ席に余裕があったが、ほどなく満席に。
お造り一人前をいい按配につくっていただき、
キラッキラの雲丹とトリ貝に満足。よこわというのが本マグロの幼魚と知る。
ポテサラ、なす田楽、青柳とワカメの酢物、ワカサギ南蛮漬、と1人にしては頼みすぎたがどれも美味しい。
〆に鯖寿司、生と炙りのペアで。
