北大路にあるラーメン屋です。
土曜日の11時半頃訪問し、並ばずに入れました。
○超！こくどろそば(¥850)
とりあえずスープからいただきます。
…うん、名前通りのドロドロさです。
天下一品以上、極鶏未満ってところでしょうか。
れんげが立つほどではないと思います。
鶏と豚骨で作ったスープですが、豚骨を前面に出した感じで、豚骨のザラっとした舌触りも感じます。
臭みはほとんどありませんが、カエシのキリッとしたパンチが感じられます。
麺は自家製の太麺です。
かなりコシが強く、なかなか美味しいです。
ただ、麺同士がくっついている部分があって、そこが固く感じたのは残念な点でした。
スープとの相性はいい感じです。
