透明な出汁のようなタレでいただく天壇
地元京都の知人は、洗いだれと呼んでいた。
そのタレはさっぱりしていて少し酸味が感じられた。
このタレには、ロースがあうだろうと天壇ロース焼肉定食を注文。
薄いロースが3枚で少し物足らなさがあった。
連れのカルビも美味しそう。
ただキムチが猛烈に辛くて汗が止まらなくなった
これが本場のキムチの味なのだろうか…
そうならやはり日本人には合わないと思う。
