雪の日、鷹峯の広大な森に佇むアマン京都にうかがいました。入口からエントランスまでの石畳も風情が素晴らしく、雪が積もる中、敷地内の森の幻想的光景を楽しみました。ザリビングパビリオンでいただくイノベーティブ料理は見た目もお味もとても繊細かつ洗練され、京野菜とのコラボも素晴らしいと思いました。まさにお店のコンセプトである食を通しての自然との一体感を満喫しました…スタッフサービスに関しては様々な意見もあるようですが、私的にはとても丁寧で満足出来るものでした。雪が降る中のとても暖かく静かで贅沢な夜でした…
