福知山で大人気のお店が京都市内でも楽しめるように。
丁寧に水洗いした豚げん骨と、丹波産の鶏ガラ、ネギや玉ねぎを使って20時間煮込まれたスープは、マイルドで飲みやすい。
「からあげグランプリ」で金賞を受賞したという唐揚げは、タレがかかっていることもあってか、衣はしっとりとお肉も柔らかで善きお味。
