福知山に本店のあるラーメン店の支店。
2021年にオープン。
唐揚げも唐揚げグランプリ金賞を獲得して力を入れている。

期間限定とまとラーメンの大きな絵が券売機の上で目立っていたので購入しました。とまとラーメン好きなので、ラッキーなくらいに思いました。
ついでに店の売りにしている唐揚げも。

ベースの20時間煮込んだとされるスープととまとの味が合わない‥というのが個人的な感想。
とまと風味に少しはアレンジしてるのかな。
まろやかな豚骨と酸味のあるとまとの味がまとまっていない。
ただとまとをラーメンにトッピングしただけのようです。
唐揚げは、カリカリしていない。揚げたて？って思ってしまうのはタレのせいかな。
私の口には合わなかった。
でも絵はうまいですね。
店内にもいたるところにあるけど、すごいなぁ。
