2023年6月24日 土曜日の13時過ぎに訪問です。
タイミングが悪かったのか、店前で外待ち10分です。
帰るときには、外待ちは無くなっていました。
本日営業と言うことで、混んでいるのはしょうがない。
指定された座敷に座って、鶏そばの麺かためをお願いしました。
着丼まで10分くらい。
濃厚な鶏そばに背脂って言うのは、珍しいと思います。
そんなことなので、かなり濃厚な仕上がりになっています。
麺の食感は良し！
チャーシューとメンマも美味い。
吉祥院の店では、中華そば一択だったような気がしますが、ちょっと変わったのかな～。
サクッと完食です。
