美山荘で有名になった京都の奥座敷・花背エリア。実は地元民に愛されたコスパ素晴らしく、山菜が絶品と噂のこちらへようやく突撃！
民家の様なお店Styleで、せっかくなのでテラス席をキープし勿論、王道メニュー
『山菜定食+天然鮎塩焼き』いただきましたぁ〜(^o^)/
最近、肉→中華→肉→中華とカロリー高い食事ばかりだったので、こちらでデトックス(● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾
しばらく待ち運ばれて、多品目&素晴らしいボリュームにビックリ！1300円はこれぞコスパ神！
山菜そばは出汁も絶品で、天ぷらは丁寧に揚げられてボリュームもあり旨い。山菜料理も一つ一つが美味しい……若かりし頃にはけして分からなかった味（笑）なんか好きになりそう山菜(*⁰▿⁰*)
今朝とれた鮎の塩焼きは特徴である内臓の苦味はスッキリとした味わいで、食べ進めた身はふっくらで瑞々しく水分を絶妙に残した焼き加減は見事でした。
普段、野菜を食べない自分みたいな人は是非！
