京都駅からバスで約一時間
山奥にある民宿は手作りお味噌が有名
味噌鍋に追加で丹波の猪肉を入れると絶品
全く臭くなく脂が甘い！！
元々お鍋には鶏肉がついてるけど、猪肉はマジで追加するべき
お鍋がぐっとおいしさ増します。

朝ごはんもシンプルなのに美味しくて最高だった

民宿だから旅館やホテルのような豪華さや接客は無いけれど、むしろそれくらいの距離感がちょうど心地よい。

そのぶんお料理が最高すぎて心も体も満たされた。
