大原三千院近くにある抹茶と和菓子が頂ける天台宗の寺院です。
場所は大原三千院よりも奥に位置します。
入り口で宝泉院の拝観料800円を払うと、お抹茶と茶菓子の引き換え券が貰います。
「額縁庭園」と呼ばれる、柱と柱の空間を額に見たてて庭を観賞できる部屋に通されます。
係の人に引換券を渡します。
茶菓子＆お抹茶
若狭屋末則 ひととき
同区にある手作りの京菓子です。
もっちりした求肥にニッキが入った餡が包まれています。
甘いですがお抹茶の苦味と合います。
畳に座して四季折々の庭を観賞しながら頂けます。
一人何分というような拝観時間の制限は無いのでゆっくり寛げます。
三千院へ行かれたら、こちらも訪れてみるのもいいかと思います。
駐車場は一番近い三千院門前パーキングに駐めました。
