里の駅大原の食事処、花むらさき！
里の駅の産直市場さんの開店前から営業されています。
ということで、いつも早めに来て朝御飯をここで頂きます。
ここの朝ご飯は、朝膳500円で決まり！
カウンターで注文して、お膳をいただいて着席！
主食と味噌汁、お茶はセルフサービス！
主食は、お粥とご飯が選べます。
お粥もご飯も、保温容器に入っていてほんのりあったかい状態。
ですが~、出来ればご飯はもっと熱々炊きたて、
お粥は炊いてる状態からよそいたいのですが、
なかなか難しいのでしょうか？
その点は残念！？
お粥、ご飯、味噌汁はお代わり自由だそうです。
メインのおかずは、お漬物の盛り合わせ！
ここ自慢の漬け物、でしょう！
乳酸発酵したものが多く酸味が旨い。
種類も多く、楽しめます。
味噌汁は濃いめの味付け。
煮詰まった感じで、少し残念なお味でした！
具はワカメとおネギの普通の味噌汁。
お茶は私の大好きな、番茶デス。
京都風の番茶です。
茶色の番茶、美味しいよ！
卵はゆで卵(京都では煮抜き)か生卵が選べます。
ご飯に生卵で卵かけご飯、美味しかったデス。
卵かけご飯、お勧めです。
卵は地卵の様で少し小さめですが、味濃く感じます。
ゆで卵には塩が周りにいっぱいつけられてるタイプで出されます。
最近は見かけないな~。
チョットまわりの塩？食べにくいです？
お昼も、お茶の時間もメニュー色々あるようです！
田舎風の空間の食堂デス。
