京都って鳥のすき焼き、食べはるお宅あるんですよねー。
京都のすき焼き、砂糖醤油風味に負けないためには・・・鶏の味が濃いことが大切！
こちら 「とり幸」 さんの鶏肉は、ほんまに美味しいうえに、堅過ぎないことがポイント。
地鶏ですが噛みしめるとほろっとほぐれて、お肉の滋味があふれてきます。
また、意外と（失礼！）、お野菜が美味しい！自家製なのかしら・・・？と思うほど。
山盛りお野菜が、さくさく無くなっていきます。
びっくりなのが 「たまご」 ！ 市販の倍の長さがある。伺うと、２日に１個産ませているとのこと。
やっぱり 「２つ黄身」 が入ってました。
ＨＰにもご紹介があるように 「親戚のうちに来たような」 ゆったりした気分が味わえます。
でも、親戚のうち、ですから、調理ははじめだけなさってくださって、
後は私たちがすき焼きをつくることになります。
でも、窓の外はすすきがなびく、里の風景。入ってくる風も透明で、深呼吸すると最高に気持ちいい。
いただく食材もお料理も、自家製！ と太字で書いてあるような誠実なお味です。
のんびり、ゆったり、親しい方と、時間を気にせずお食事を楽しみたいときに、
