紅葉狩りを楽しんだ後里の駅大原に立ち寄りました。
旬菜市場ではこの季節は鍋物野菜を中心に販売されています。
旬菜市場の奥にある餅コーナーでは人気の餅はほとんど売り切れ状態です。
寄った時間が遅かったので残ってる餅はほとんどありません。
ここには何度も来てますが、いつも来る時間が遅いので餅はほとんど残ってません。
その中でしそ餅＆よもぎ餅２個入り1個だけ残っていたのを確保しました。
よもぎもしそもいい香りに包まれます。
餅の硬さもあんこの甘さも丁度いいくらいです。
野菜売り場です。
大原のごめす農園で採れた冬瓜を買いました。
冬瓜をカットしてストーブの上でコトコト炊いてたら、冬瓜の挽き肉あんかけ煮ができました。
生姜と鷹の爪を利かせてスパイシーに仕上げたら体がホクホク温まりました。
