涼を求めての貴船の川床が激混みの為、急遽調べた高雄の川床に予約して初訪。
京都市内より▲5℃ぐらい、34℃？。
夏の北山［竹］5940円をお願い。
二段重、焼鮎、素麺、御飯、甘味、が一気呵成に並びます。
・刺身〜蒟蒻と生麩。
・八寸〜14品。京料理に期待する”出汁”感は少ない。
◯焼鮎〜焼きたては流石に香ばしい、とても可愛らしいサイズ。
・素麺〜好物なだけに、麺汁も、残念。
・御飯〜普通。
・甘味〜パス。
それにしても、貴船の川床は、”川縁”ではなく、将に”川面の上”なので、涼感絶也ということを再認識。
