ながの東急百貨店にて、45周年記念の大創業祭。
地下1階に出店されていた京都の玄印さんで、京わらび餅と玄印茶屋団子を購入。
自宅にて、いただきました。

価格をあまり気にせず、購入してしまい…。単品価格は不明ですが、お会計はTOTALで1,360円税込です。

本わらび餅はさっぱりとした味わいで、透明感と冷たさが心地好い。
きなこと相反する、存在感が良いです。
きな粉は焙煎された香りが上品で、いつまでも食べていられそう。
後引く美味しさ。

●玄印茶屋団子
芋餡・こし餡・粒餡の3色団子。
生地はとても弾力に富んでいて、プルプル。もっちり瑞々しくて、美味しいです。

芋餡(茶)は、素朴な芋の甘さ。
こし餡(白)は、程よく滑らかなこし餡。
甘さ控えめの、上品なセッティング 。
粒餡(よもぎ)は、粒餡の存在感とよもぎの香りのコントラストが良いです。
