とにかくお腹が空いていた。時間も過ぎていくし、お昼を食いっばぐれても嫌だったので、大原三千院参道沿いのコチラのお店が目に付きそのまま入店。かつて大原郷土資料館だった古民家を改装したお食事所です。京都大原の地元の野菜を使ったお昼ごはんが自慢。
店内はゆったりしてくつろげる雰囲気。大原の長閑な雰囲気にあったお店です。
「八菜らんち」(2200円)を注文しました。シャキシャキ新鮮野菜を使ったサラダの他、大根煮や薩摩芋、キャロットラペ、唐辛子の炒め物が並ぶ。野菜の持つ彩りを活かした盛り付けは女性受け必至です。赤いお椀も映えそうだけど・・・。
如何せん味が薄い。京都という土地柄や、野菜そのものの味を楽しむとか、いろんな理由があるのでしょうが、それにしても・・・薄味(笑)。野菜ばかりでなく"鶏の唐揚げ"も付いていました。衣には麹を使っているのでしょうか、カラッと歯応え良く揚がっていましたが、やはり薄味(笑)。京野菜のおばんざいが頂けるというコンセプトは嬉しい限りですが、私のような歳を取っても肉食系のオバサンとは相性が悪かったようです。
