明治期の邸宅を古民家再生されたレストラン。
窓から眺める庭園が素晴らしく、四季の花々、木々、、この度は梅が満開でした。シャクナゲに小さな蕾がついており、ツツジが並んでいます。
昔住まわれた方が、上手くお庭を造られたのだなあと感心。
野菜サラダにかかるドレッシングは、こちらのお店の看板商品でもあり、さっぱりと美味しい【柚子と白味噌のドレッシング】。油感がなくぽん酢のようでいて、柚子の風味はしっかり効いた上質なドレッシング。
気に入ったら、隣のショップでお土産に購入可能。
鶏唐揚げは、モモ肉ムネ肉混在です。私はムネ派なので、むしろムネのみで全然OKですが、人によりモモしか無理な人もいるようです。ムネ肉もしっとり柔らかく仕上がっていて、生姜が強めに効いてとても美味しい和風唐揚げ。
里芋の唐揚げもほっくりして美味！
玉ねぎの飴煮のようなのは、酢も入って甘酸っぱくしてありました。真似してみたいです。
ご飯も美味しかったので、食べ切れるかしら？とはじめは思いましたが食べちゃいました！
また違った季節にも来てみたいなあ〜 と思うお店でした。
