こちらは大原三千院への参道沿いにあるポン酢やタレ、ドレッシングで有名なお店です。店内は試食等、積極的に販売活動をされており、いつもお客様で賑わっております。
天然素材を多く使われているらしく、高単価でもリピーターがいらっしゃるのか大量に買われている方もお見受け致します。(何を持って天然素材と仰っているのか不思議ですが。。。ほぼ栽培だと思いますが。。。)
価格帯は、ドレッシングで400ml¥750〜¥900、タレやだしは500ml¥1000台もあります。
少量生産なので、高コストになるのでしょうか？
それとも地元の素材をお使いなのでしょうか？
何よりも味が薄く感じるのは気のせいでしょうか？
