This is Torisei's main store, located in the sake brewery area of Fushimi. From Kintetsu Momoyama-Goryo-mae Station or Keihan Fushimi-Momoyama Station, head west-southwest. The nearest bus stop is the one heading east from the Kyobashi bus stop. The last time I visited, they stopped serving alcohol due to the epidemic, so it was empty. This time, my boss told me to reserve my order at around 12:30 the day before. Reservations are limited to 4 people, so it's a hit-or-miss affair. After the hospital, we arrived before 12:00. Although it's a weekday, the line seems to have returned. I got a numbered ticket and went to the nearby Kizakura Shoten to buy some rice drinks. After having a quick drink while looking at the dead tree, I returned to Torisei and was soon ushered to my seat. First, I ordered Torigamameshi, which took 20 minutes. A few minutes later, my boss arrived and ordered the rest. As of March 2024 (tax included) Torigamameshi 1,000 yen + lees soup change 110 yen? Red chicken chicken dish 540 yen (grilled with salt) 190 yen Kawa (grilled with salt/grilled with sauce) 170 yen Tori green onions (grilled with salt/grilled with sauce) 180 yen Tori Croquette (4 pieces) 750 yen There is no shochu for alcoholic beverages, so it will be sake. Masu. My boss ordered all Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) grilled with salt, which is rare. It is true that salt-grilled chicken is better in order to enjoy the original taste of chicken. If it's grilled with sauce, you might be drawn to the taste of the sauce. After all, when it comes to delicious chicken meat, it's probably salt and pepper. Also, torikamameshi has a taste closer to rice than takikomi rice. It has a light and elegant taste. It is arranged with chicken, bamboo shoots, carrots, ginkgo nuts, shiitake mushrooms, etc., and grass is placed on top. The egg tofu is also smooth and has a soft and clear taste. Pickles are also a good seasoning that goes well with sake. Kasujiru is a soup made with radish and green onions, and has the flavor and aroma of sake lees. The rare tori Croquette has a similar taste to the crab cream Croquette, and although it doesn't have Seafood flavor, it is creamy and creamy, making it addictive. Be careful not to get burned. Torisei's red is apparently based on Japanese sake. It has a deep flavor, overshadowing the cloudy harshness of Akadama, and doesn't give you much of a taste of sake. Many of them are made to look like light starburst, but you can taste and drink the red made from torisei. Chicken Cuisine and cocktails were delicious.
