城南宮の門前にあり、門前菓子かと思いきや、由緒は街道沿いの茶屋なんだそうですね。
白餅とよもぎ餅を使った物があり、２種が二人で分けられる６個入りを購入。
餅に粒あんを無造作にのっけただけのあん餅。
何の変哲もない見た目で、白餅もよもぎ餅もあんこも、ただただ単純に美味しい。
ホントに飾り気のない美味しさですね。
