麺はふにゃ麺。
牛スジの脂身はとろける柔らかさで
赤身はパサ感あり。
いい意味で缶詰みたいな感じ。
小鉢で付いてきたこんにゃくはダイブして
スジこん的な感じにして食べたけど、合ってたのかな？美味しかったどw
〆にご飯ダイヴで流動食にてご馳走様。
美味しかった。
鰹昆布も美味しかった。
