昨今、讃岐うどんが主流になってきてますが、つるつるの柔らかなおうどんです。
お出汁がほんのり甘く、あぁ、京のおうどんだ〜。
と、馴染みの味にほっと一息。
天ぷらはサクサクで、天つゆの代わりにおうどんへダイブ❗️
おうどんに天かすが追加されて、コクが足されます。
うまい。
最初はお出汁が薄く感じても、だんだんとちょうど良くなり、最後まで飲み切れてしまう。
ほっとする味でした。
