伏見稲荷なんだからいなりうどん…いや！花麩！湯葉！稲荷！蒲鉾に椎茸(すごく甘い)も入ってる卓袱(しっぽく)うどんにしよう今日は！
日本最大の観光スポット「伏見稲荷」周辺はどこもかしこも外国人で溢れ返っていて、少し、少し静かでゆっくりでローカルでも綺麗なお店…
が、ここだった。
間口狭くて戸惑いますが中は広くて綺麗で、何だか小作りです。私が大きいのかしら？
キュートなおかあさんがウェイトレス。暑いですねーなんて話しながら、何にしようかと迷いますが、オーソドックスなメニューがございました。
卓袱うどんは620円。
多分、通りの店よりどれも200円くらい安いかな。
関西だしの、やわいうどんです。うどん通！みたいな人にはアレですが、東京からやってきた私としたらこの甘さは新鮮ですよ。鰹のいい匂い。出汁を吸ったお麩も揚げも嬉しい。
で、デザートに冷たいわらび餅。350円。
プリプリとスクイーズされたわらび餅にきな粉と「白砂糖」、黒蜜が付いてきます。
全てをグリングリンかきまぜて頂きました。
かーなーり、さっぱり目。
自家製わらび餅に水分があるのかしら。
例えば「水わらび餅」甘さがあとを引かず、喉を潤します。
年に2回くらい、伏見稲荷には来るのですが、この居心地と気楽な空気感と、暖かくて丁寧なお味。次からは絶対にここにしますwごちそうさまでした。
