Ishisei Kappo @ Fushimi 2015.06.28 Sunday JUGEM Theme: Gourmet My brother and I, who live in Yokohama, helped our mother move, and after that we decided to visit Isise, which is located just southwest of Keihan's Fushimi-Momoyama Station. I went to (Ishise). It seems to be a very popular restaurant, fully booked with reservations only. Tsukidashi conger conger ooshi, seared komatsuna and aburaage (deep-fried oil), taro with crab sauce, red sea bream simmered in turnips, deep-fried tilefish (tilefish), mackerel Sushi, I heard that ``taitamono (komatsuna and aburaage)'' was delicious. It's definitely delicious! ! I often make dashi with komatsuna at home, but this one has a slightly unusual taste. How on earth can you get this taste? ? Also, ``Conger Conger Ootoshi'' is also wonderfully delicious. Conger conger meat is perfectly cut so that no bone touches your mouth, and is full of flavor.
