インバウンドがいないうちに、近年オーバーツーリズムの京都を楽しもうと、伏見稲荷へ。
伏見稲荷の参道にあるのが稲福さん。
名物はスズメです。
伏見稲荷は豊農の神様なので、お米を食べるスズメは食べてしまえという伝統のようです。
入店し、便ビールとスズメを注文。
ビールを飲みながら待ちます。
すぐに焼きたてのスズメが来ました。
見た目はそのまんまです…
頭から食べると、頭がジューシー。旨味あり。
骨はサクサクです。
野生だけあって、匂いはありますが、山椒で抑えている感じです。
ウズラも試してみてもいいかもと思いました。
