藪そばというと「更科」「砂場」と並ぶ三大そばの一つですが、それと関係があるのかどうかは知りません。
何も知らなければ単なる裏通りでしょうが、昔は、プラザの向かいはこじんまりした商店街になっていました。その頃からある店です。何十年ぶりでしょうか。
「お好みセット」からきつね丼とわかめそばのセットを注文です。
あまりよくメニューを見ずに注文したけど、それ以外も定食あるのね……穴子天丼やかやくごはんも気になるぞ。
やってきました。
たくあんと、ねぎも別添えです。
わかめそばは上にゴマものっています。
「二八会」なるものに入っているようで、二八蕎麦なのかもしれません。
気取りのない、下町のそばといった塩梅。
きつね丼は厚めのきつねにしっかりだしを含ませており、そのざらりとした食感と甘めのシャキシャキ九条ねぎが出会ってごはんの味に膨らみを持たせています。
漬物はおそらく自家製で、白菜もたくあんもやや甘め。
地元の人や周辺のつとめ人に愛される下町風情のお店です。
