歴史のある寺田屋の近くで季節限定のふぐ 料理を中心に大将の料理を頂きました。
京都市内で肩肘張らず美味しいものを頂けそうな小料理屋を事前調査し予約し訪れたのがこちらの「辻政」さんです。
伏見区の坂本龍馬襲撃事件で有名な寺田屋のすぐ近くにあります。
街並みも非常に趣があり、初めて訪れましたが良いものを感じました。
こちらでは冬はフグ料理を頂くことができ、今回は
てっさ、焼きふぐ、焼き白子、ふぐの唐揚げなどを頂きました。
他にも「ほんまもんのあん肝」など気になるメニューを月桂冠 京の泉と共に頂きました。
辻政の大将は関西の方の良いところが非常に出てて気さくで会話を楽しませて下さる活気のある方です。
頂くものは大将と話しながら決めました。
料理一つ一つに大将の思いがこもり、手もかけて下さっているので美味しいものばかりでした。
今回頂いたものは全て単品で頂き、ふぐを様々な調理法で頂いたので値段が張りましたがコースもありますので都合に合わせて利用するのがいいと思います。
この店の雰囲気は本当に落ち着きました。
また機会があったら行きたいです。
