いがやの焼肉屋
数回目の訪問。
京都らしくうなぎの寝床のお店です。
まずきゅうりキムチはきちんと量があり酸味が少ないキムチで美味しかったです。
和風サラダはほんのりわさびとねり梅の香りがしましたので、子供向けではない感じでした。
お肉ですが、塩タンは塩味は薄めですぐに固く焼ける感じでした。上タン塩でもよかったかもだけど美味しかったです。
赤身3種盛りはどれも赤身だけど柔らかいし、イチボはサシが入ってるぐらいほどよい脂を感じました。赤身でこれだけ柔らかいなら私は霜降りは頼めないなと。
その後上ハラミを注文しましたが、ほどよく美味しかったです。
ビビンバはナムルやひき肉などの具が多く、ご飯が少なめといった感じで具沢山でとても美味しかったです。普段お米を沢山たべる人なら少ないかもですけど、他のものも沢山注文してるため、私には丁度よくまた頼みたいと思いました。
たぶんコスパはよいとは言えない店ですが食べ放題ほど沢山食べれないので全然ありです。

The meat was delicious as always, but there was something disappointing today. When I ordered tail Ramen, I was told that there were no Noodles available today. I'm sure there are days like this because it's in stock, but I thought it was strange that it wasn't even listed in today's recommendations. I wonder if today's recommended paper is appropriate. I also immediately ordered Wagyu Yukhoe, but was told that it was not sold out. If you haven't been there since it opened, I think you should do it first because you should be able to prepare a sold-out notice in advance.
