好印象でしたが、なかなか近隣に行く
機会がなく久しぶり
開店十分前、店舗脇の駐車場にin
既に外待ち2名、開店時には10名以上！
『魚介豚骨つけ麺』(大盛)1,100円
開店前に食券購入し渡していたので、
着席後7分で提供
いわゆる、またおま系つけ麺
看板にある通り、濃厚・極太麺
麺の上に、しっかり味の付いた味玉1/2
極太材木メンマに、板海苔一枚
細うどんくらいある、極太麺
剛麺ぽいけど、すごいコシの強さ
もちもちの歯応えと、弾力！
ドロドロの魚介豚骨つけ汁
ぶつ切りチャーシューやら、白葱やら、
微塵切りの玉葱やら♪
太い麺にしっかり絡みつき、持ち上げる
すごい一体感のあるつけ麺
後半すだち酢を麺にかけて、味変
思った以上にスッキリ中和
最後は卓上の割りスープを注いで、
熱々魚介出汁スープでほっこり♡
変わらぬ接客の良さ、好印象を上書き
