付近でサク呑みしたついでに晩飯でも食べようとウロチョロと
馴染みの店に行ってみたが満席、そんなこんなで桃山御陵駅まで到着する寸前にこちらを思い出し訪問です
扉を開けると懐かしいと言うか以前こちらにあったお店の造りにチョイ似でした
早速動きの良いお若いサービスさんが飛んでこられ席に案内される
まずはグラスワイン（赤）￥３５０－を頼むとすぐに登場
とてもフレッシュで軽いテンプラリーニョでした
さて食べ物はとメニューを拝見するとあっという間にオーダーを確認されたので呼ぶまで待っていただく
そしてお願いしたのは「カルボナーラアルヴァーレスタイル」￥９００－です
記憶が確かであれば大盛り無料でＳサイズは￥５０－引きだったと思います
さてお料理
カルボナーラアルヴァーレスタイル
センスを感じないプレート、乳化もイマイチだったがフロマージュの風味がかなり薄いというかコストを感じない
金沢天狗ベーコン桜チップだったかな？が大きめカットで３枚ほど乗せられていたがこれがアルヴァーレスタイルなのだろうか
こちらのお店はグダグダ云わずにガツガツ食べていただくのが狙いなのかも
