おいしいピラフ類
◇ドイツ風ピラフ
前回の「地中海風」に続いて今回は「ドイツ風」。
目玉焼きとハンバーグ3切れにデミグラスソース。
パーツパーツもおいしいけれど、それにも増してやっぱりピラフがキチンとおいしい。
個人的にはシンプルな仕上げのピラフが好き。
なので、「地中海風」の勝ち。

◇地中海風ピラフ¥850
「地中海風」の定義がよくわからないけど、たしかに地中海風だ、これは。笑
ちゃーんと作ってあっておいしい。
次に来た時、何頼もうか楽しみ。

◇ビール（瓶を期待していたけど、生）
◇ピラフセット（ミートボールと海老ピラフ）
きちんと手作り。
ミートボールの練り方良く、デミグラスソースもおいしい。
海老ピラフという名の洋風焼飯は、盛りも良くてピーマンとパプリカのシャキシャキがいい感じ。
この界隈は飲食店が集中しているけど、しばらくこちらでメニューを開拓してみよう。

16時ごろ訪店。
「地中海風ピラフ」が食べたかったのに、メニューから消えてました。（涙）
エビピラフは、厨房の方からジャーッと炒め合わせる音がしてから出てくる。
バターの風味がよく、ピーマンとパプリカがシャキシャキしていておいしい。
8口くらいで食べ終えた。
