A hidden Wine Bar located in a back alley in Fushimi Momoyama.It is an Italian Cuisine wine specialty store with only a counter inside. There is no wine list, but if you tell them your preferences, the owner will choose for you! It's a recommended restaurant in Miyazaki Prefecture, with an extensive food menu and charcoal-grilled chicken that comes out of the stick! First, let's toast with Monzio Compagnoni's Franciacorta. With fine bubbles, it's light but fragrant and delicious ♪ There are a lot of interesting foods, but the one I was most interested in for now was the special chicken nanban ♪ As for the wine, I shifted to Stemari Pinot Noir. A red from Sicily with just the right amount of acidity and easy to drink! Chicken Nanban is full of volume! It's quite authentic and the special tartare is super delicious! And it's perfect for wine! Additionally, I ordered Ajillo with bread and special roast beef. Ajillo contains shrimp and crab sticks, and the crab sticks do an exquisite job! The roast beef is quite thickly sliced and filling! It's thick, yet moist and soft, and full of flavor! The food was delicious, so I quickly filled up my glass, and my next stop was Catibong L'Osteria Merlot. It was a well-balanced, crisp wine with a mellow taste! To finish off my meal, I ordered the TAKAZIN special pasta. With soup stock and egg peperoncino, this is exquisite! The soup stock is strong and the eggs give it a mellow taste! It was a little oily, but perfect for finishing! Well, they selected delicious wine exactly as I requested, and above all, the food was unique and delicious! It was a great place to casually enjoy wine with a great atmosphere!
