大手筋から南に入ってさらに西に入る,裏通りにあります。
さる方の紹介でたどり着きました。
マスターは予想よりお若い。9年前にフィレンツエで修行されたとか。
鮭の白子のマリネと生ハムのサンドの付きだし、500円です。
マリネはうまく処理されていて美味しかったです。お湯をかけて血合いを取るそうです。
イタリアワインの店でした。赤のCastel del Monteはこれまた美味しかったです。
プーリア州のワインです。
HPを見ると、イベントを多く行って、コミュニケーションをとられるようです。
臨時休業は要注意です。
