自家製の土鍋ケーキは日替わりで、本日の酒粕とりんごのケーキは酒粕の香りが主役のどっしり重ためケーキでした。酒粕由来の米粒とリンゴの繊維がそのままで舌で楽しむスイーツです。コーヒーと合わせて美味しくいただきました。
