藤森駅より徒歩5〜7分の場所にあるラーメン屋さん 頑固麺。
週末の12時前後にはかなりの大行列ができている、大人気のラーメン屋さん。2023年ラーメンwest百名店に選出されています。
濃厚でドロっとした鶏豚骨ラーメンが有名ですが、あっさりとした中華そばも用意されており、濃厚ラーメンが苦手でも利用しやすいのが嬉しいポイント。価格設定も比較的リーズナブルで、若い方々にも人気があるようです。

◾淡麗鶏中華そば
3種類の醤油をブレンドして熟成させた、色合いの濃いスープが目を惹く淡麗鶏中華そば。見た目ほどスープの味が濃すぎることもなく、一口すすると鶏肉の旨味や醤油の塩味が口の中に広がって、もう一口飲みたくなります。
国産小麦をブレンドした細めの麺もスープと相性抜群。食べ応えをグッとプラスしてくれる薄切りレアチャーシューや、濃厚な色合いの味玉、サイズを合わせたメンマやお野菜も美味でした！
